Refunds & Cancellations
TODO(anastasia): confirm these terms before launch.
- Sessions are prepaid at booking — $60 for 30 minutes, $100 for 60 minutes.
- You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice, through the link in your confirmation email.
- Cancel more than 48 hours before your session for a full refund.
- Inside 48 hours, or if you don't show up, the session isn't refunded — the time was held for you.
- Tips are voluntary and non-refundable.
- If I cancel or can't make it, you get a full refund or a reschedule — your choice.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Privacy
- The contact form collects your name, email, topic, and message. It's emailed to me and isn't stored anywhere on the site.
- Bookings are handled by Cal.com; payments are handled by Stripe. Neither I nor the site ever sees your card details.
- This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate and cookieless. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies, and no way to identify individual visitors.
- Whatever we talk about in a session is confidential and is never recorded, in any form.
- To ask for your data to be deleted, use the contact form and say what you'd like removed.
Terms
What's being sold: a live intuitive tarot and oracle reading, 30 or 60 minutes, by video or phone.
- Live only. No recorded or written readings.
- No health, pregnancy, or death questions.
- No readings about people who haven't consented.
- No predictions dressed as certainty.
- No yes-or-no answers — a reading shows you the pattern you're standing in, not a verdict. By booking, you're agreeing to that.
- You must be 18 or older to book a session.
- This is for reflection and insight — not medical, legal, or financial advice.
- I may end a session early, without a refund, if a client is abusive or intoxicated.
